After graduating from high school, Jan moved to live with her only sister, Marian, in Washington, D. Soon afterward they moved to San Diego, where Albert worked in the aviation industry and all five of their children were born.After ten years in San Diego they headed to the Seattle area for a year before moving to Swarthmore, Pa., where they lived for some 20 years as they raised their family.Marilyn is survived by her daughter Susan, her husband Bob, and their daughters Claire and Sydney of Evergreen, Col., as well as son Tim, his wife Beth and their twins Caroline and Walker of Washington, D. Throughout her life Marilyn enjoyed wonderful experiences at her homes in Redding, Conn., Hazelton, Pa., Seabrook Island, S. However, the place she held most dear in her later years was her summer cottage on Capitol Island, Maine, where she enjoyed days on the porch reminiscing about Mouse Island memories, watching the lobstermen pull traps, and waving to friends as they sailed by.
Marilyn Greene Hague, formerly of Swarthmore, passed away peacefully January 16, 2018, in the company of her loving family. Some met her on the Swarthmore campus walking her dog, while others bonded on the golf course at Rolling Green, where her kind demeanor belied her competitive spirit.
I., Marilyn was the daughter of Ray and Marjorie Greene, and the sister of the late Marshall and Julie Greene. Marilyn touched the lives of who all who knew her, and shared her various passions with a wonderful array of friends.
He then moved to Pennsylvania and began a 30-year career with IBM, training internal and external customers on mainframe systems.
He met and married Margaret (Peggy) Leuschner and had three children, enjoying many years of parenthood and family life.
